Both fresh (pasteurised) and long-life (ultra-heat treated) mixed milk beverages are available in flavours such as chocolate, strawberry or banana with varying levels of fat (for example 1.5 % or 3.5 %).
How are mixed milk beverages manufactured?
Mixed milk beverages are in principle made from pasteurised milk. They undergo the same process stages as consumer milk, with the appropriate additives such as cocoa powder or powdered strawberries added prior to homogenisation and further heat treatment. |
