What is milk
Milk is one of Nature’s most valuable products and has formed a basics part of our diet for thousands of years. Milk contains all of the important nutrients which the human body needs for life.
In biological terms, it is a fluid formed in the milk glands and intended as the sole answer to the nutritional needs of new-born creatures.
So what is milk made of?
Milk is largely composed of water (which accounts for around 87 %) in which all of the other constituents such as protein, lactose and fat are dissolved.
